RateTrou is a civic reporting platform that helps Mauritians flag road issues, track progress, and get problems in front of the teams responsible for fixing them.
The Problem
Road defects are visible to thousands but those observations rarely become continuous infrastructure intelligence. A defect can be seen, photographed, reported, repaired, and reappear yet the information generated throughout that lifecycle becomes fragmented.
